One year experience in all aspects of metal finishing stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and some polymers
Polishing lathes, suction or pressure blasters required
Expert knowledge of blueprint reading and machinery limitations
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Team oriented
Excellent visual inspection ability
Sufficient manual dexterity to handle and manipulate delicate parts and measuring instruments
Analytical capabilities to interpret detailed and complex blueprints
Ability to operate inspection and measurement equipment
Physical demands: may be required to pull and push up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
