High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
1-3 years of experience in inspection or manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Ability to use precision measurement tools.
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments and variety of personalities; ability to maintain positive working relationships.
