RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) from CCI preferred.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab or combined Cath/IR environment. IR experience preferred.
BLS and ACLS certifications required. ARRT-R and ACLS preferred for invasive cardiac and IR tech roles.
State licensure as required by Illinois.
Experience with EPIC and MERGE charting systems preferred.
Experience with invasive cardiology procedures including structural heart, TAVR, AAA repairs, and ablations preferred for RN roles.
ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
At least 2 years of Cath Lab experience. IR experience preferred.
BLS and ACLS certifications. ARRT-R required or preferred depending on role.
Experience with invasive and interventional cardiology procedures and ability to scrub, record, and circulate procedures as applicable to role.
Familiarity with EPIC and MERGE electronic charting systems.
Ability to float between Cath Lab and IR per skillset.
Willingness to complete 1–3 days of orientation on unit.
Ability to work within a team of 3 people in the procedure room (2 nurses, 1 tech) and follow procedural scrub protocols.
Preferred: experience with moderate sedation (Fentanyl and Versed) and ability to obtain onsite sign-off.
