Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years' related experience in scheduling and logistics
Background in a high mix production environment (preferred)
Demonstrated history of working with Lean/Toyota Production System principles
Positive attitude and team player. Desire to work well with others and support each other's goals
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and overall organizational skills
Understanding of ERP systems (INFOR / XA a plus)
