10+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles, ideally including public company or multinational exposure
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control environments (SOX)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Strong Excel capabilities; familiarity with major ERP platforms (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) preferred
Background in public accounting audit strongly preferred
Oversee and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close cycles
Maintain and strengthen internal control frameworks in alignment with SOX 404 requirements
Act as a key liaison with external auditors and coordinate support for interim reviews and year-end audit procedures
Lead initiatives to improve accounting processes across domestic and international operations, with emphasis on SOX compliance and control effectiveness
Demonstrated leadership experience managing projects or accounting teams
Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-changing environment
