Bachelor's degree (preferably in fine arts, graphic design or communications)
4-6+ years of experience at a design studio, agency, or in-house design department
Portfolio showing a range of work across various digital media
Ability to work in a fast-paced, short sprint environment
Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop primarily)
Outstanding attention to detail
Curious, pro-active, organized, and self-motivated with a personal commitment to quality executions
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
Excellent presentation skills to pitch concepts and designs to stakeholders
Strong typography skills are required
The ability to work onsite 3 days per week in our Burlington, MA Office
