10-15+ years of ERP experience with a strong emphasis on Finance and Supply Chain
Proven leadership in high-budget ERP implementations
Experience leading a multi-year ERP transformation program
Expertise in Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, and/or MS Dynamics is preferred
Leadership responsibilities including managing cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and change management initiatives
Stewardship of the entire ERP strategy
Defining the future ERP vision
Re-engineering processes in order-to-cash, accounting, treasury, procurement, and supply chain
Employing technologies such as AI, RPA, and analytics
Managing hands-on configuration, integration, and testing
Establishing best practices in resilience and risk mitigation

CPA, CMA, or MBA required!
Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, or job-shop environment strongly preferred
