College degree or a minimum of 2 years of related professional experience
Experience modelling business processes

Ability to monitor portfolio of clients and escalate uncollected accounts appropriately
Ability to interface with field, sales management and Customer Service on resolving billing disputes
Attend monthly meetings with AVP's and DOO's regarding aging performance and problem accounts
Knowledge of practices, behaviors, applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing proper business conduct
