Minimum five years of recent experience in federal tax with employer benefit strategies
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, business, economics, mathematics, computer science or a related field required

Solid experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams
Excellent advisory, compliance, verbal, and written communication skills
