High School Diploma or Equivalent
One year's experience in the housing industry
Basic computer skills
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
The employee is regularly required to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools and the like, move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces, remain in a stationary position, either standing or sitting for prolonged periods
The employee is frequently required to lift and place objects up to 25 lbs.
