Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
Possesses excellent customer service skills
Capable of multi-tasking
Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is desirable
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment
Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and quality standards with minimal supervision
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and work effectively in a team-oriented clean room environment
