Ability to load and unload trucks
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends, due to varying freight volumes
Shift: 2nd (11am-9:30pm; Four 10 hour shifts) variety of schedules available
Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry
Experience loading and unloading trailers
Location: Canton, MI
Basic computer skills
Must be able to lift, push or pull at least 75 pounds
Basic written and verbal communication skills
THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO LIFT 75 LBS. YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO MOVE ITEMS SUCH AS APPLIANCES, MATTRESSES AND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT.
Pay: $18/hr

Meet the minimum productivity levels established by the company.
Forklift and pallet jack license/certification.
Read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
The associate must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 - 90 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to: operate forklift and/or pallet jack and maneuver in tight areas.
Wear personal protective equipment (e.g. safety shoes).
Perform basic math functions (e.g. add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Knowledge of: safe lifting procedures, and food safety guidelines.
The associate is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
