Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

High School Diploma or equivalent
May provide training to less experienced team members
Knowledgeable in identifying common SMT defects
Able to hand place components when necessary
Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures
Proficient in performing multiple tasks on an assigned team, project, or functional area
Minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 2 years of prior related experience
Preference will be given to candidates who are certified in J-STD-001
