Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process design, or production engineering, preferably in ETO or high-mix environments.
Strong understanding of manufacturing process design, material flow, and factory layout.
Experience with CAD tools, ERP/MRP systems, and engineering-to-manufacturing integration.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and application.
