This position will relocate to Aurora by mid- 2026.
Must be able to read and communicate in the English language such as to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed
Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday. At times weekends and holidays will required
Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees required
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required

1 year of working in extreme cold environment ( -20 degrees for up to 2 hours at a time preferred)
2 years of order picking/packing
2 years of loading and unloading trucks
2 years of experience operating multiple types of forklifts (electric single and double pallet jacks, sit down forklift, stand-up forklift, and stand-up reach forklift)
1 year experience working with RF scan guns
Able to work in a fast pace
Lift up to 50 pounds
Push hand carts up to 700 pounds
Basic reading, writing, math (count, add and subtract)
Able work overtime upon request
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification and/or License – may require forklift, walk behind jack, or other related work certifications
