While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand; walk; bend, squat, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The team member may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge. Familiar with Microsoft Office products.
Reasoning Abilities: Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to use mathematics to solve problems.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, strict attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize as necessary.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to interpret specifications and blueprints.
Mechanically inclined and detail oriented.
Language: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Hands on manufacturing experience using small hand tools and shop equipment.
