Shift effectively between office duties and warehouse activities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Address customer complaints or concerns
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking existing orders, providing status updates
Maintain and update records of customer interactions
Support basic bookkeeping backup activities by applying foundational knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Receive and check incoming shipments in the warehouse
Verifying that all items match related purchase orders, packing slips, or invoices accurately
Accurately count and inspect all incoming inventory for damage, discrepancies, or shortages
Reporting any identified issues to the appropriate personnel
Support order fulfillment in the warehouse for back orders and large orders, including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipping
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
