Schedule and coordinate shipments with third-party carriers and freight brokers
Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues
Communicate delivery schedules and updates internally and with customers
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments and delivery status
Address customer inquiries, shipment discrepancies, and service concerns professionally
Maintain strong relationships by ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
