Ability to assemble full units (not just isolated components or sub-assemblies).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and alignments.
Ability to read and understand shop drawings and assembly instructions.
Competence with standard hand tools and power tools.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work through entire processes independently.
Familiarity with woodworking components
The Assembler must be able to interpret specifications.
The Assembler must be able to work with multiple cabinet types.
The Assembler must be able to ensure every finished product meets quality and accuracy standards.
