Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools
Verify part specifications and ensure compliance with quality standards
Match shipments to associated purchase orders and confirm all information is accurate
Enter receiving and inspection data into the ERP system
Maintain inventory records and update vendor order information
Prepare, label, and organize received materials for inventory storage
Provide appropriate documentation to accounting and other departments as needed
Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify received materials
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
