Hands-on Logistics Manager
Operate forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials
Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and ensure proper handling of goods
Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining an efficient warehouse layout
Ensure shipments are prepared, labeled, and dispatched accurately and on time
Schedule and coordinate shipments with third-party carriers and freight brokers
Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues
Communicate delivery schedules and updates internally and with customers
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments and delivery status
Address customer inquiries, shipment discrepancies, and service concerns professionally
Maintain strong relationships by ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
