Ability to cycle count, read invoices, and process inventory preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and professionalism
Ability to stand and/or sit for 8+ hours per day (depending on the day/assignment)
Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs in some assignments)
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
Clean and package electronic devices for shipment
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and lifting
Open boxes, verify paperwork, and affix barcode labels
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Perform visual checks for damage or defects
Meet production and quality goals consistently
Manual dexterity for handling small parts, tools, and computer input
Forklift training/experience a plus
Inspect and test electronic devices using diagnostic software/tools
Enter product information into computer systems and generate sales/put away orders
Research discrepancies and report corrections
General warehouse and/or production environment with moderate noise levels
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Basic computer skills; Microsoft Excel experience preferred
Ability to work overtime as needed
Willingness to flex into different job roles as needed (inspection, testing, warehouse, etc.)
Maintain inventory accuracy and product identification
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
