Mileage reimbursement provided for travel exceeding 50 miles or 1 hour from home base ($0.70/mile) one way OR for travel exceeding 100 miles or 2 hours from home base
Lift and move boxes of records (Approx. 35-50 pounds)
Viewing sensitive content is part of daily responsibilities
Experience with document scanning or large-scale digitization projects
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Must be local to assigned region
Familiarity with secure document handling
Smartphone required for team communication
Reliable transportation is essential
Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Windows Scheduler)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Travel between offices within your assigned region is required
