SQF Practitioner certification required
HACCP certification required or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe
Associate's degree in Food Science, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3–5 years of experience in quality assurance within food manufacturing, plastics, packaging, or a regulated manufacturing environment
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of SQF, GMPs, HACCP principles, internal auditing processes, food safety systems, and regulatory compliance requirements
Plant environment with exposure to production floor conditions, including noise and temperature variations
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to support production shifts as needed
Occasional overtime may be required during audits, investigations, projects, or peak production periods
Ability to walk and stand on the production floor for extended periods
Ability to climb stairs and access mezzanines as needed
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
