Weighing and mixing raw materials following batch instructions.
Work with hazardous materials utilizing engineering controls and PPE.
Perform production equipment set up, clean up, safe operation, & operator level maintenance of assigned equipment .
Identify & maintain quality standards while meeting daily & weekly production goals.
Understand & follow established standard work documents.
Perform adjustments to production equipment as necessary.
Communicate production performance to appropriate leaders & departments.
Adhere to Brady's attendance, safety, & other company policies.
Maintain general housekeeping & clean production areas at end of every shift.
