Timely and accurate perform batch record entries.
Conduct reconciliation of materials/syringes used during inspection and packaging operations.
Pay: $28-$30 hourly
3-4 years of experience required for Level III
Must be able to work overtime hours as required, based on business needs.
Computer knowledge.
Knowledge of Production Inspection Process - 3 years.
Time Management.
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
Ability to lift, push, or pull various amounts 50 lbs.
Support packaging activities of inspected syringes per production schedule.
Perform manual inspection of pre-filled syringes.
High School Diploma or GED
Must show initiative.
Knowledge of Manufacturing Packaging Process - 3 years.
Timely report at workstations.
Able to support a flexible schedule and have a willingness to work overtime.
Identify any inspection failures and report them immediately.
Must be able to work effectively in a team-based and fast-peace environment.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Maintain batch record documentation and logs as required by corporation and regulatory agencies.
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices - 3 years.
Must be able to wear safety equipment and follow safety regulations.
Checking and confirming accuracy of staged components.
Must be able to work with a fast-paced packaging line with semi-automated equipment.
Must be detail oriented.
Perform visual inspection of prefilled syringes according to established standards.
