- Reviewing and following manufacturing documents and work instructions
- Reporting equipment, quality, process, or documentation issues to leadership
- Troubleshooting and recovering minor machine faults
- Performing tool changes and assisting with preventive maintenance
- Working around coolants, oils, and other industrial materials
- Supporting other departments as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience is preferred
- Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to cross-train and support multiple work areas
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
