**MIG Welding Experience** : Prior experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical schooling is required.
**Physical Capability** : Physically able to lift, push, pull, and position heavy components as required.

**Shift Endurance** : Ability to consistently stand for the entire duration of the shift in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
