Ability to work a consistent schedule with occasional overtime as needed
Pior experience with blueprint reading and machine operation preferred but limited to
Strong Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and air power tools
Basic understanding of welding and grinding equipment
Good attention to detail and quality inspection skills
Ability to follow written instructions and complete required documentation
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the work shift
Frequent use of hands and arms to operate machinery, hand tools, and air-powered equipment
Regular bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to perform repetitive motions and safely handle metal parts and materials
Visual ability to read blueprints, inspect products, and identify quality concerns
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safely perform essential job functions
