3+ years of experience with heavy equipment production line welding.
Knowledge and ability to perform all Grinder tasks required.
Ability to properly and safely MiG weld, stick weld, and arc gouging required.
Successful completion of Permit Required Confined Space Entry training is needed.
Must be trained in and know PPE requirements for welding including hood and filter shades and arm/body protection.
Must select proper rods or wires to perform the welding job.
Must test all hot oil piping for leaks and repairs as necessary. Repairs would be welding related repairs. Inspection includes the safe use of air hose, pressure regulator, and squirt bottle.
Ability to read and understand weld symbols required.
