Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
Ability to read tape measures with the same ability to read calipers and micrometers.
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions with little or no supervision.
Must be familiar with all company policies and procedures as stated in the company handbook in order to maintain a fair and consistent working environment.
Must be able to follow the production schedule and work with little or no supervision.

Must be self-motivated to continually work with high standard results.
Must be able to work any shift on any day including overtime scheduled or in an emergency.
Trustworthy with ability to work with little or no supervision.
Operate assorted forklift models as needed in order to move products, parts, equipment, materials, etc. in a safe fashion.
Responsible for moving loads of material safely from one process to another.
Maintain equipment and report any irregularities or malfunctions prior to end of shift.
Train and assist other personnel as needed.
Work safely to maintain daily production quotas and reporting with a very high standard of product quality.
Follow all company policies and regulations including but not limited to job-related safety, health, ISO, personal protective equipment, security, environmental procedures and policies.
