5+ years of heavy highway, bridge, DOT, structural concrete, or closely related civil construction experience.
Prior experience leading crews or acting as a Foreman, Leadman, or senior field crew leader.
Ability to read and work from plans, specifications, elevations, and field drawings.
Strong understanding of safe work practices around traffic, bridges, heavy equipment, concrete work, and active jobsites.
Comfortable working in a union / prevailing wage environment.
Willingness to join or remain in the appropriate union as required by project and company needs.
Ability to work as a hands-on, working Foreman when the job requires it.
Willingness to travel regionally when project needs require it.
Ability to work occasional nights or adjusted schedules when traffic control, weather, temperature, or project conditions require it.
Strong communication skills with crews, leadership, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Reliable, accountable, and able to keep the job moving without constant oversight.
