High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in general maintenance or facilities work
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and carpentry
Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs

Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
