Must be a US citizen or permanent legal resident.
Minimum high school diploma or GED, or
Experience with machine operation and able to read, write, and understand English
Must be detail oriented.
Class II or Class III Solder Certification
2-3 years of proven soldering experience for intermediate solder associate, or 5+ years for expert solder associate
Proficiency in soldering tools and equipment
Knowledge of various electronic components
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Must be able to work efficiently and work well in a team environment
Must be punctual and have good attendance
Perform soldering of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using various soldering techniques
Must be able to check that all thru-hole components are present and seated properly on the PCB
Immediately notifying the lead in the event that any equipment is malfunctioning
Performing all required preventative maintenance and maintenance for the machine's operation and documents per our “Good Documentation Practices Procedure” on the proper logs
Maintain a clean work area
Associate will be required to take all appropriate training classes as assigned
Willingness to cross-train into other departments
