Hands-on experience performing First Article Inspections

Able to work overtime and participate in on-call program; flexible with shifts and hours
Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC systems, building engineering, technical aspects of machinery, plumbing, electrical, equipment repair, and maintenance
Basic PC competency and familiarity with communication applications
Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, equipment specifications, and O&M; manuals
High school diploma required
Able to crawl, kneel, stoop, and work in small/confined spaces
Valid driver's license required
EPA Universal 608 certification required
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work at heights as required
Experience with building/system controls
