Strong communication skills to support coordination and shift handoffs across teams
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials up to 40–50 lbs
Proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Data entry (including handwritten information) and processing of mail, documents, and payments end-to-end
Experience operating mailroom equipment such as scanners and sorting machines
Maintaining accurate records in computer systems while following established procedures for secure document handling
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and escalate issues when needed
Coordinate with teammates and supervisors across shifts to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of work
