Must own tools applicable to position
Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Field Technicians may be required to be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement

Prior production experience
1. Cabling, harnessing, PCB Repair, SMT.
2. Reading and math skills.
3. Basic knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes.
4. Able to read and interpret technical drawings, process documents, and other visual aids.
5. Able to resolve simple problems.
6. Able to perform work in a quality and timely manner.
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. General knowledge of screening making equipment and techniques.
9. Basic knowledge of printing materials.
10. Able to precisely measure.
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Work is physically strenuous and workers are required to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds. Work may require excessive bending or stooping. Employee required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day. Employee required to climb ladders. Employee required to use hand tools.
