High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to understand written procedures and basic production documentation clearly
1st shift, Monday through Saturday, 5:45 AM to 1:45 PM
Strong attention to detail
Manual dexterity
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to operate production hand tools
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Previous manufacturing experience preferred, with training provided for candidates who meet other core requirements
