Minimum of two years of experience as an occupational therapist
CPR Certification
Three-month contract, in person/onsite role (context: Type: Three-month contract, opportunity for extension or full-time offer)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm – no weekends
Pay: $51.50 to $55.50 an hour
Coverage Areas: Morris County
Must be able to assess patients' needs and develop personalized care plans
Must be able to provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain or improve their functional abilities
Must be able to assist patients in learning new skills or adapting existing skills to enhance independence in daily living
Must be able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective case management and discharge planning
Must be able to maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Must be able to educate patients and their families about treatment plans, goals, and home exercises
Must be able to utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with other healthcare professionals
Must be able to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in patient care
Must be able to assist individuals with disabilities in achieving their therapeutic goals
