PPE must be worn while on your job. At a minimum safety glass, steel toe shoes and hearing protection.
Gloves are always required on the production floor and warehouses.

Compliance with all workplace rules, policies and procedures, i.e. SQF, safety, etc.
Ability to use Plant Floor Data Collection system.
Testing and Measuring Ability (General Math):
Ability to use and read basic measurement devices, (calculator, tape measure, and ruler.)
Learn to operate testing devices (i.e. Chatillon, E J Caddy, Mettler PM 480, Fluke IR Thermometer.
Lift truck (fork-lift) certification (if needed) and pallet jack operation.
General mechanical aptitude.
Pass Farnsworth Munsel-100 Hue Test.
Written/Verbal Communications Skills: Must follow detailed instructions for training and quality.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
