Ability to install materials and setup machine(s) utilizing precise settings such as speed, tension, power and various other criteria
Ability and willingness to rapidly learn and understand the tasks assigned
Reliable, trustworthy and able to work either independently or as part of a team
This position will require standing for most of each day
3 - 10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably running machinery
Basic computer skills with some proficiency with Excel and database usage
Proven experience running complex machinery and producing products of high quality
Communicate clearly and accurately to describe in detail any machine or product issues that may have occurred and possess the ability to communicate this information to all levels of personnel
