Work is assigned for 20 hours per week

Long term temporary assignment for about 52 weeks depending on grant funding
Must be able to provide 24/7 confidential support to active-duty service members, veterans, and military families
Must be able to navigate life challenges, reduce isolation, and connect with resources before reaching a crisis

High school diploma or GED required
Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
