Be able to perform the basic process operations in the manufacturing of potentiometers in the assigned work centers while meeting labor standards
Ability to read, interpret and follow engineering drawings and specifications
Utilize inspection gauges, tools and electronic test equipment
Demonstrate knowledge, aptitude and manual coordination
