Perform insurance follow-up and collections activities on outstanding patient accounts
Knowledge of insurance reimbursement processes
Experience healthcare billing, claims processing and collections
Ability to communicate professionally with patients, insurance companies, and government payers regarding billing and claims
Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards within revenue cycle operations
Must be able to work Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
40 Hours per Week
Pay rate $32.00-$33.00 per Hour
