Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; OR
Associate degree in a technical or business discipline; OR
High school diploma/equivalent with progressive manufacturing experience
Progressive manufacturing experience with a demonstrated track record in a supervisory or lead role
Background in CNC and manual machining environments (lathes, mills, Swiss-type machines) strongly preferred
Education/Experience in medical device, aerospace and defense, automotive, or precision industrial manufacturing welcomed
Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability and performance
Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T; and technical specifications
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, high-mix environment
Clear communicator who can influence across all levels of the organization
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (ISO 9001/13485) — preferred
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor or similar) — preferred
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement tools — preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead structured problem solving and root cause analysis — preferred
Experience driving cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and efficiency improvements — preferred
Solid understanding of CNC machining setup principles and process troubleshooting — preferred

Hold a High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
Possess a basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to successfully complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class.
Ability to travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
