MIG Welding Experience : Prior experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical schooling is required.
Communication & Documentation: Basic oral communication skills; ability to read and understand written instructions in English and complete basic logs and reports in English.
Physical Capability : Physically able to lift, push, pull, and position heavy components as required.
