Basic computer knowledge
Ability to perform mechanical assemblies of sub-assembly using standard crimpers and hand tools
1+ years of electro/mechanical experience with blueprint reading
Independently identify the root cause of moderate assembly issues in a timely manner
Read and understand English
Daily use of MRP system: Training requirements, reporting activity, accessing BOM/WI, and inventory searches
Meet production, quality, safety, and efficiency standards
Ability to understand daily management boards
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions such as assembly procedures and assembly drawings
Must be able to read and understand English
Experience with using basic mechanical electrical tooling and measuring devices
Properly disposition defective parts using NMR process
