Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing, laboratory, or regulated environment
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required, Black Belt preferred
Demonstrated expertise in lean methodologies including value stream mapping, 5S, standard work, and Kaizen facilitation
Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead multiple cross-functional improvement projects
Advanced proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work effectively at all organizational levels
Experience developing and delivering lean training programs and mentoring teams
Demonstrated success achieving measurable results through process improvements
Strong financial acumen and ability to validate project savings with Finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with PowerBI, Minitab or similar tools preferred
Ability to work independently while collaborating across matrix organization
Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Experience in cGMP/regulated environment preferred
Travel up to 20% as needed
