Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.

Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3–5 years of payroll and/or accounting experience
Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
Strong proficiency with payroll software and computer systems
Experience with UKG or comparable HR/payroll platforms (preferred but stated as experience; included as requirement due to explicit mention in Skills & Abilities)
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Protect the confidentiality and security of payroll and financial information
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
Provide payroll reconciliations, reports, and supporting data to Accounting leadership
Audit payroll tax reporting for accuracy and completeness
Prepare quarterly unemployment tax filings
Assist with quarterly 941 reporting requirements
Maintain compliance with all applicable payroll regulations and standards
