Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly
Minimum of 2 years of production hand-soldering experience
Experience with electromechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
Ability to obtain required certifications for IPC-A-620, J-STD-001, and IPC-A-610 (training may be provided)

Standard Calibrations

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to follow written procedures, technical instructions, and quality requirements.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work within controlled environments and cleanroom protocols.
Must be able to work within an ISO Class 5 Cleanroom and comply with gowning, PPE, contamination-control, and environmental requirements.
Must be capable of performing detailed visual inspections, cleanliness verification activities, and documentation reviews for extended periods of time.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform inspection activities throughout the workday.
Ability to lift, carry, and handle equipment, components, and documentation weighing up to 25 pounds.
